Project Schedule Attribute Configuration Dialog

Used to change the schedule activities list in the Schedule dialog. You can:

change the order of the columns
hide or show specific columns
rename the columns

Note: Controls on this dialog are analogous to those on the Attribute Configuration dialog.

Opens when you click the Configure Project Task Grid icon on the Schedule dialog.

Setting	Description
Attributes	Lists the internal name and display name of the columns that display in the Schedule dialog.
Internal Name	Displays the actual field/attribute name used in the VCM database. If the check box is on, the item is displayed in the schedule activity list. If unchecked, the item is not displayed in the schedule activity list. Uncheck any items that you do not want to see listed so that the more relevant attributes are shown.
Display Name	Displays the name of the column shown in the schedule activity list.
Move Up	Moves up the highlighted line one position in the list. Use this to move the most important columns to the top of the list and to the left in the Schedule dialog. This option is disabled if nothing in the list is selected or the topmost item is highlighted.
Move Down	Moves down the highlighted line one position in the list. Use this to move the least important columns to the bottom of the list and to the right of the Schedule dialog. This option is disabled if nothing in the list is selected or the last item of the list is highlighted.
Sort Type	(Project Schedule Attribute Configuration dialog only)
To Top	(Attribute Configuration dialog only) Moves the highlighted line to the top of the list.
To Bottom	(Attribute Configuration dialog only) Moves the highlighted line to the bottom of the list.
Show All	Turns on the check boxes for all items in the list and so displays all the activity items in the Schedule dialog.
Hide All	Turns off the check boxes for all items in the list and hides all the activity items.
Rename	Opens the Attribute Display Name dialog, which is used to change the Display Name of the selected item in the attributes list and in the Schedule dialog.
Add	(Project Schedule Attribute Configuration dialog only) Adds a new (extended attribute) column to the attributes list. Opens the Attribute Display Name dialog. After entering a name for the new column, a row is added to the bottom of the list. The right column displays TSK_UD_<ATTRIBUTE DISPLAY NAME> and is in uppercase letters. The right column contains the name you entered. Use the buttons to change its position in the attributes list.
Delete	(Project Schedule Attribute Configuration dialog only) Removes the extended attributes, those starting with TSK_UD_ in the left column. Some attributes cannot be deleted and in this case, the Delete button remains grayed out.
OK	Closes the dialog and saves your changes.
Cancel	Closes the dialog and discards your changes.
